This brand new steel adapter spacer is for 1998-04 LS1 based engines converting to TH350 or TH400 transmissions with a curved flywheel. It installs into the LS crankshaft, providing support for the torque converter hub, and meets standard specifications through strict quality control. The spacer centres the converter nose to the curved flexplate. Easy to install as a direct replacement.
