Stevia is naturally sweeter than sugar. Like many zero-calorie sweeteners, it is blended with maltodextrin, to measure 1:1 like sugar.

Each serving contains less than 4 calories which the FDA considers dietetically, zero. 

Baking Tips 

For best baking results, replace just half the sugar that is called for in cakes cookies, brownies and all of your favorite recipes. Why only half? Keeping half the sugar is important for moisture, browning and rising.
