Description:
The TCA9548A is a versatile single-pole octal-throw analog (SP8T), ideal for analog or digital 8:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. It includes three digital select inputs (S0, S1, S2), eight independent inputs/outputs (Yn), a common input/output (Z), and a digital enable input (E). The device is disabled when E is HIGH. Integrated clamp diodes allow the connection of inputs to voltages exceeding VCC through current limiting resistors.
