Sugar Soap Powder250g
Sugar Soap is a DIY essential, used to ensure a clean and prepared surface ready for decoration.
It is ideal for use for any of the applications below:
1. Designed for cleaning and preparing paintwork both inside and outside
2. Effective at cleaning building exteriors - Sugar Soap will clean old masonry or brickwork from moss and dirt.
3. Can be used as an easy to prepare cleaner for concrete floors, patios and driveways. It will remove any unslightly oil or grease stains from stone, concrete and tarmac surfaces.
4. A handy go to for general household cleaning where grime needs to be scrubbed from a surface.
5. Will bring back shine to the bathroom - Sugar Soap is suitable for cleaning baths, sinks, toilet bowls and ceramic tiles.
6. Suitable for cleaning most* metal surfaces where grease is likely to accumulate, e.g. Oven mesh filters and kitchen extractor fans.
Instructions:
Preparation: Wear rubber gloves and eye protection when using Sugar Soap Powder.
Protect floor coverings and fabrics from spillage.
FOR SURFACE PREPARATION:
Dissolve 250g of Sugar Soap Powder into 5 litres of warm water and stir until fully incorporated.
FOR GENERAL CLEANING:
Dissolve 50 grams (4 tablespoons) of Sugar Soap Powder into 2.5 litres of warm water and stir until fully incorporated.
Application: Apply the sugar soap solution using a sponge or cloth working from top to bottom then rinse off with clean water and allow to dry thoroughly. Mop up any spillages immediately with a cloth.
Repeat until surface is clean.
Re-coating Time: Once the water has evaporated the surface will be ready for painting.
Compatibility: Unsuitable for use on textiles, fabrics or soft furnishings, which need to be covered before working in that area. Wipe up spillages immediately otherwise spotting may occur. If in doubt about surface try on a small area first.
