^Each coated tablet contains 205 mg Dried Ferrous Sulfate (65 mg elemental Iron), which is equivalent to 325 mg Liquid Ferrous Sulfate.

Cellulose (plant origin), sorbitol, crospovidone, croscarmellose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose coating, calcium carbonate.

No gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor, preservatives.

For adults, take one (1) coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal and plenty of fluids.
