In Sweet Mess, players compete in a chaotic baking contest where the best treats are made by gathering ingredients, mixing colorful combinations, and completing tempting recipes. Each turn, players move around the shared kitchen, collect ingredient tokens, and use cards to create desserts while managing limited resources and timing their actions carefully.

The kitchen is deliberately messy: ingredients spill across the table, recipes compete for attention, and other contestants may take the components you need. Players must balance efficient planning with opportunistic choices as they pursue recipe goals and build their score. The Deluxe Version presents the charming baking theme with upgraded components, making it a lively and approachable competitive game for families and casual strategy groups.
