Chocolate Chip Cookies

Here's How It Goes

• Milk 3 Tbsp
• Vanilla 2 Tsp
• Butter 3 Tbsp Melted

Makes 12 cookies.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Whisk together milk, vanilla and melted butter in a large bowl. Add baking mix and gently stir until well combined.

Drop a heaping tablespoon of dough onto parchment-lined or ungreased cookie sheet. If desired, flatten cookies by gently pressing down.

Bake for 12 - 14 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet for about 30 minutes.

Note: Let melted butter cool to room temperature, or else it may melt the chocolate chips!
