Directions To use THE SUGAR PASTE, first knead it to soften. Roll it out on a surface dusted with icing sugar to prevent sticking. For covering cakes, stretch the sugarpaste and smooth it over the cake, using a fondant smoother to remove any air bubbles. Allow the covered cake to set before decorating further. Store any unused sugarpaste in an airtight container at room temperature.
