TheraNatal Complete is a 3-pill-per-day prenatal supplement to support your nutrient needs during pregnancy.

• Two tablets provide several important nutrients including methylated folate, vitamin D, vitamin B6 for nausea reduction, iodine, choline, and biotin.
• One softgel provides omega-3s (DHA and EPA) from AlaskOmega, a highly purified, sustainably sourced omega-3 fish oil concentrate.

TheraNatal Complete consists of 3 pills a day: one speckled tablet, one white tablet, and one softgel.

The Speckled Tablet

Contains essential nutrients for pregnancy, including choline, methylated folate and B12, vitamin B6, vitamin D3, iodine, iron and other easy-to-absorb chelated minerals.

TheraNatal tablets are are free of artificial dyes, so this tablet has a natural, speckled appearance. It is normal for the speckling to darken over time.

The White Tablet

Contains additional vitamin D3, vitamin B6 to help with nausea, and choline, an important nutrient for healthy brain and neural tube development.

The Softgel

Contains 300 mg of DHA and 150 mg of EPA from ultra-purified omega-3 fish oil. These important omega-3s support your baby's healthy brain and eye development and full term birth.

Speckled Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable juice color, sodium citrate, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, hypromellose.

White Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, white film coating (hypromellose, polydextrose, calcium carbonate, medium chain triglycerides).

Softgel Ingredients: Fish oil concentrate (from Alaska pollock), gelatin (bovine), glycerin, purified water, natural mixed tocopherols. 

Softgel contains: Fish (alaska pollock).

Take one speckled tablet, one white tablet, and one softgel a day with food. The tablets and softgel may be taken together or at different times during the day. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
