How to Use:
1. Children with amblyopia are advised to wear glasses for training to achieve better results.
2. This product has a full face grating stripe on one side and a red green blue background on the other. It is recommended to wear the single color background first, and then wear the striped background after becoming proficient. Both sides can have training effects.
3. Keep the light bright, hold the card in hand, and place it about 20-30cm away from the eye. At first, it can be closer, but after becoming proficient, try to be as far away as possible. Wearing 40 pieces in 10 minutes is considered proficiency, and the farther away the distance, the higher the requirement for eye discrimination, and the better the effect.
4. Keep the eyes, thread ends, and small holes in line, and thread the line into the hole. If it is difficult to identify, you can put a piece of white paper on the back of the card.
5. When threading, you can first use scissors to cut the thread end into a pointed end on the side for easy threading.
6. Each training session lasts about 20 minutes. It is recommended to cover one eye for better monocular training. Both eyes have the same sight, and each eye can be covered for 10 minutes. If there is a significant difference in vision, training the weak eye more, less training or no training on the good eye.
7. If you choose a 0.3mm card, due to the extremely small aperture, there may still be debris at the small hole after multiple processes. If any blockage is found, you can use the small tool provided by us to clean it, and do not let young children clean it.
