Planetary Herbals Three Spices Sinus Complex is modeled after the famed Trikatu formula of the 5,000 year old tradition of Ayurvedic herbalism. Used for more than 1,000 years, this warm and spicy blend has traditionally been used to support digestion, the lungs and sinuses.

Acacia gum, sorbitol, stearic acid, silica, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.

Contains wheat and soy.

2 tablets twice daily between meals.
