Summary

- hrombo ASS contains the active substance acetylsalicylic acid, which acts against platelet aggregation at relatively low doses and thus reduces blood clots. By taking it in the form of gastroresistant tablets, the adverse reactions of acetylsalicylic acid on the stomach are reduced. Thrombo ASS is indicated in: - reducing the risk of myocardial infarction (heart attack) in patients with angina pectoris (strong chest pain),
- reducing the risk of occlusions (blockage) of coronary vessels (heart vessels) after myocardial infarction, - preventing thrombosis of coronary vessels (clots) after vascular surgery, for example coronary bypass (surgery to dilate coronary arteries), - prevention of recurrence of transient cerebral ischemic strokes and cerebral infarction (produced when oxygenation of a portion of the brain is totally or partially interrupted by a blood clot),
- - prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with diabetes mellitus with high cardiovascular risk (events affecting the heart or vascular system) such as angina pectoris (chest pain) or myocardial infarction.

Indicatii:
hrombo ASS contine substanta activa acid acetilsalicilic, care actioneaza impotriva agregarii plachetare la doze relativ mici si, in felul acesta reduce formarea cheagurilor sanguine. Prin administrarea sub forma de comprimate gastrorezistente, se reduc reactiile adverse ale acidului acetilsalicilic asupra stomacului.
Thrombo ASS este indicat in:
- reducerea riscului de infarct miocardic (atac de cord) la pacientii cu angina pectorala (durere puternica in piept),
- reducerea riscului aparitiei de ocluzii (blocare) ale vaselor coronariene (vaselor inimii) dupa infarct miocardic,
- prevenirea trombozei vaselor coronariene (formarii cheagurilor) dupa chirurgia vasculara, spre exemplu bypass coronarian (operatie chirurgicala in scop de dilatare a arterelor coronare),
- prevenirea repetarii accidentelor ischemice cerebrale tranzitorii si infarctului cerebral (produse cand oxigenarea unei portiuni de creier este total sau partial intrerupta de un cheag de sange),
- prevenirea evenimentelor cardiovasculare la pacientii cu diabet zaharat cu risc cardiovascular ridicat (evenimente care afecteaza inima sau sistemul vascular) cum sunt angina pectorala (durere in piept) sau infarctul miocardic.
Contraindicatii:
- hipersensibilitate la acid acetilsalicilic, alți salicilați sau la oricare dintre excipienţi.
Precautii:
Înainte să luați Thrombo ASS, adresaţi-vămedicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
Sarcina, alaptarea si fertilitatea:
Daca sunteti gravida sau alaptati, credeti ca ati putea fi gravida sau intentionati sa ramaneti gravida, adresati-va medicului sau farmacistului pentru recomandari inainte de a lua acest medicament.
Nu utilizati Thrombo ASS daca sunteti gravida in ultimul trimestru de sarcina. in primele doua trimestre de sarcina luati Thrombo ASS numai daca medicul dumneavoastra va recomanda acest lucru. in timpul alaptarii luati Thrombo ASS numai daca medicul dumneavoastra va recomanda acest lucru. Thrombo ASS poate afecta fertilitatea la femei, avand efect asupra ovulatiei.
Conducerea vehiculelor si folosirea utilajelor:
Nu sunt de asteptat efecte asupra capacitatii de a conduce vehicule sau de a folosi utilaje.
Mod de administrare:
Utilizati intotdeauna acest medicament exact asa cum v-a spus medicul sau cu farmacistul. Discutati cu medicul dumneavoastra sau cu farmacistul daca nu sunteti sigur.
Pentru ajustarea dozei individuale sunt disponibile urmatoarele concentratii de Thrombo ASS: 50mg, 75 mg si 100 mg.
Doza recomandata este:
Adulti
- pentru reducerea riscului de infarct miocardic la pacientii cu angina pectorala: 75-150 mg acid acetilsalicilic pe zi.
- pentru reducerea riscului aparitiei de ocluzii ale vaselor coronariene (vaselor inimii) dupa infarct miocardic: 75- 150 mg acid acetilsalicilic pe zi.
- pentru prevenirea trombozei vaselor coronariene dupa chirurgia vasculara, spre exemplu bypass coronarian: 75-150 mg acid acetilsalicilic pe zi
- pentru prevenirea repetarii accidentelor ischemice cerebrale tranzitorii si infarctului cerebral: 50-300 mg acid acetilsalicilic pe zi
- pentru prevenirea evenimentelor cardiovasculare la pacientii cu diabet zaharat cu risc cardiovascular ridicat: 100 mg acid acetilsalicilic pe zi, 75 mg acid acetilsalicilic pe zi in cazuri speciale.
Comprimatele gastrorezistente trebuie inghitite intregi, cu o cantitate suficienta de lichid, in timpul sau dupa mese, la aproximativ aceeasi ora din zi. Nu mestecati sau divizati comprimatele gastrorezistente Thrombo ASS deoarece se poate distruge stratul protector al comprimatului care protejeaza mucoasa gastrica.
Dacă aveţi orice întrebări suplimentare cu privire la acestmedicament, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
Compozitie:
- Substanţa activă este acidul acetilsalicilic. Un comprimat gastrorezistent conţine acid acetilsalicilic 75 mg.
- Celelalte componente sunt: lactoză monohidrat, celuloză microcristalină, dioxid de siliciu coloidal anhidru, amidon de cartof, talc, triacetină, copolimer acid metacrilic: acrilat de etil ( 1:1) dispersie 30%.

Do not use Thrombo ASS if you are pregnant in the last trimester of pregnancy. in the first two trimesters of pregnancy, take Thrombo ASS only if your doctor tells you to. during breastfeeding take Thrombo ASS only if your doctor tells you to. Thrombo ASS can affect fertility in women, having an effect on ovulation.
Driving and using machines:

For individual dose adjustments, the following concentrations of Thrombo ASS are available: 50mg, 75 mg and 100 mg.The
recommended dose is:
Adults
- to reduce the risk of myocardial infarction in patients with angina: 75-150 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day.
- to reduce the risk of occlusions of coronary vessels (heart vessels) after myocardial infarction: 75-150 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day.
- for the prevention of thrombosis of coronary vessels after vascular surgery, for example coronary artery bypass: 75-150 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day
- for the prevention of recurrence of transient cerebral ischemic strokes and cerebral infarction: 50-300 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day
- for the prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with diabetes mellitus with high cardiovascular risk: 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day, 75 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day in special cases.
Gastroresistant tablets should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid during or after meals at approximately the same time each day. Do not chew or divide Thrombo ASS gastroresistant tablets as it may destroy the protective layer of the tablet that protects the gastric mucosa.
