Thunderpaws Deshedding Tool for Dogs, Cats, Horses Description

Thunderpaws Deshedding Tool for Dogs, Cats, Horses LESS HAIR ON YOUR SOFA, CAR AND CLOTHES: The 4 inch stainless steel comb reaches through the top coat and lifts out the loose undercoat that ordinary brushes skim straight over, so the hair ends up in your hand instead of on your furniture. Most owners have a full handful within the first few minutes. FOR DOGS, CATS AND HORSES, SHORT OR LONG HAIR: Suitable for small, medium and large breeds. It does its best work on double coated and thick coated pets that shed heavily, such as Labradors, Huskies, German Shepherds, Border Collies, Maine Coons and British Shorthairs. Single coated pets with very short hair have less undercoat to give up, so expect a lighter result. GENTLE WHEN YOU LET THE COMB DO THE WORK: Rounded tooth tips, and technique matters more than force. Comb in the direction the coat grows, with long light strokes and no downward pressure, in short sessions rather than one long one, and stop when the hair stops coming away easily. Cats in particular do best with brief sessions at first. NON SLIP GRIP, EASY TO CLEAN, EASY TO STORE: The soft rubber handle keeps its grip when your hands are damp, and at 130 g the tool stays light enough that a long grooming session does not tire your wrist. Wipe the comb clean after use and slide the protective cover over the teeth for safe storage in a drawer. IN THE BOX AND WHERE IT SHINES: One D-Shedz deshedding tool with a protective cover for the teeth, in your choice of yellow, green or blue. D-Shedz is at its best on loose undercoat and everyday shedding, so if your pet has picked up a few stubborn mats, it is worth easing those out first and D-Shedz will keep things comfortably under control from there.
