Indications:
Triferment is used in digestive disorders resulting from insufficient secretion of pancreatic enzymes of various causes (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency).
Triferment contains the active substance pancreatin, which is made up of pancreatic enzymes (lipase, amylase, protease).
These enzymes are useful for patients whose pancreas can no longer produce enough enzymes to digest food. Pancreatic enzymes taken orally are needed to break down nutrients for digestion. Lipase breaks down fats, amylase breaks down sugars (carbohydrates), and protease breaks down proteins, ensuring proper digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Contraindications:
Do not use Triferment:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to pancreatin or any of the components of the medicine.
Precautions:
Before using Triferment, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Do not use Triferment during pregnancy or breast-feeding, unless your doctor has advised you otherwise.
Driving and using machines:
Triferment does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.
How to take:
Always take Triferment exactly as your doctor has told you. You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The usual dose is 1-2 Triferment gastro-resistant tablets, taken orally, 3 times a day, during
meals. The tablets are swallowed whole, with a sufficient amount of water.
If you have any further questions on this medicine, ask your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.
Composition:
- The active substance is pancreatin. One gastro-resistant tablet contains 275 mg of pancreatin. The pancreatin contained in one gastro-resistant tablet is equivalent to a minimum enzymatic activity of 2970 amylase units, 3720 lipase units and 250 protease units.
- The other components are: core - corn starch, talc, sugar; film - hypromellose 15 cP (E 464), lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 4000, citric acid monohydrate (E 330), methacrylic acid copolymer type C, talc, triethyl citrate (E 1505), colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium hydrogen carbonate (E 500), sodium lauryl sulfate, partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol 3350, Ponceau 4R (E 124), sunset yellow FCF (E 110).

Indicații:
Triferment este utilizat în tulburăriledigestive din cadrul secreţiei insuficiente de enzime pancreatice de diverse cauze (insuficienţă pancreatică exocrină).
Triferment conţine substanţa activă pancreatină alcătuită din enzime pancreatice (lipază, amilază, protează).
Aceste enzime sunt utile pentru pacienţi al căror pancreas nu mai poate produce suficiente enzime pentru digestia hranei. Enzimele pancreatice ingerate pe cale orală sunt necesare pentru descompunerea nutrienţilor în vederea digestiei. Lipaza descompune grăsimile, amilaza descompune zaharurile (glucidele), iar proteaza determină descompunerea proteinelor, asigurând digestia adecvată şi absorbţia nutrienţilor.
Contraindicatii:
Nu utilizaţi Triferment:
- dacă sunteţi alergic (hipersensibil) la pancreatină sau la oricare din componentele medicamentului.
Precautii:
Înainte să utilizaţi Triferment, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistului.
Sarcina, alăptarea şi fertilitatea:
Adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră sau farmacistuluipentru recomandări înainte de a lua orice medicament.
Nu utilizaţi Triferment în timpul sarcinii sau alăptării, doar dacă medicul dumneavoastră v-a recomandat altfel.
Conducerea vehiculelor şi folosirea utilajelor:
Triferment nu influenţează capacitatea de a conduce vehicule şi de a folosi utilaje.
Mod de administrare:
Luaţi întotdeauna Triferment exact aşa cum v-a spus medicul dumneavoastră. Trebuie să discutaţi cu medicul dumneavoastră sau cu farmacistul dacă nu sunteţi sigur
Doza uzuală este de 1-2 comprimate gastrorezistente Triferment, administrate oral, de 3 ori pe zi, în timpul
meselor. Comprimatele se înghit întregi, cu o cantitate suficientă de apă.
Dacă aveţi orice întrebări suplimentare cu privire la acest medicament, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră, farmacistului sau asistentei medicale.
Compozitie:
- Substanţa activă este pancreatină. Un comprimat gastrorezistent conţine pancreatină 275 mg. Pancreatina conţinută într-un comprimat gastrorezistent echivalează cu o activitate enzimatică minimă de 2970 unităţi amilază, 3720 unităţi lipază şi 250 unităţi protează.
