Recommended Intake

As a food supplement we recommend consuming 15g with your preferred amount of water or fruit juice. The 15g can be taken in one serving before training. Or the 15g serving can be split into two 7.5g servings before training (preworkout) and after training (postworkout).

Essential amino acids has an unpleasant taste. We recommend mixing it with fruit juice or squash to try and override the taste.
