Module USB power supply voltage: DC5V; USB 2.0 full speed compatible.
Built-in 3.3V/1.8V LD0 voltage stabilizer.
Extended operating temperature range: -40 to 85
20-pin SSOP and QFN package (compliant with RoHS). Compatible with UHCI/0HCI/EHCI host controllers.
Integrated power-on reset circuit. The data transmission rate is 1 Megabyte per second. Each chip has a pre-programmed USB serial number.

Supports USB configurations for bus power supply, self-power supply and high-power bus power supply.
Built-in +3.3V level converter for USB I/0.
True 3.3V CMOS driver output and TTL input. The working voltage drops to 1.8V through an external pull-up resistor.
The I/ O voltage level ranges from 1.8V to 3.3V(withstand voltage up to 5V). current for pin 110 can be configured.
The entire USB protocol is processed on this chip, eliminating the need for USB-specific firmware programming.
FT1248 serial and parallel interface, available in 1,2,4, or 8-bit mode. Similar to the SPI slave device 1-bit mode.
Integrated 2048-byte multiple programmable () memory for storing device descriptions and CBUS I/0 configurations.
