There is nothing worse than lounging around on a hot summer evening, happily eating an ice cream, when all of a sudden you feel that tell-tale itching sensation. A mosquito has decided to take advantage of the fact you were distracted and enjoying your frozen treat and gone for your ankle. Now you're covered in hot, itchy bumps and full of nothing but contempt for the little suckers that bit you. If this is an all too familiar situation it is time to take matters into the hands of this UV Portable Mosquito Killer Lamp.
This bug light is rechargeable and portable so you can take it with you camping, fishing or into the garden with you. It can be charged using the provided USB cable or by placing it in the sun and will emit a UV light which attracts mosquitoes and other insects. Your bug repellent lamp creates a powerful vortex of air which sucks in the insects while an electric pulse kills them before depositing them into a chamber underneath where they are trapped and can not escape.
The mechanism of this bug light is quiet so you can have it in the same room where you sleep and not be disturbed by it. For the best results place, or hang using the hook, a little way away from you so that the mosquitoes aren't more attracted to you than they are to the light. Turn it on manually or set it so that it comes on as the daylight begins to fade. When you're done you can empty out the trap and give it a wash, ready for the next night.

I'm pretty happy with the mosquito lamp. I didn't realise that it needs to be kept plugged in - I thought it had a rechargeable battery inside. I guess I need to read descriptions more closely on future! Certainly worth the money

we plugged in the unit that is quit small and are now awaiting to see how many bugs we attract
You can only use this when it's plugged in. Short lead so won't reach very far. The only way to use it in the garden is plugged into a device with USB port. No hook for hanging up either.
I'm very happy with this item so far. It's quiet and unobtrusive in operation. I haven't seen any dead bodies as of yet, It's been very quiet on the bug front at the moment. One niggle, does it really take nearly three weeks to deliver or are OnBuy trying to get us to pay for postage?
No noise ,not to bright, just right for the little critters that have been eating my sister alive at night lol.

Got three of these, one broken. Bit noisier than expected which means we have to turn it off in the bedroom at night which kind of defeats the object!
