Directions
Food Supplement, Take one tablet each day. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. A regular intake is recommended.
Ingredients
Thiamine Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Lactose Monohydrate, MicroCrystalline Cellulose, Crospovidone, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Magnesium Stearate. Table Coating: (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Propylene Glycol, Ethyl Cellulose, Purified Talc, Natural Source Colour [Titanium Dioxide]).
