Hyaluronic acid is an organic compound naturally occurring in the human body. It is found in the highest concentration in the intercellular matrix of the dermis, in the vitreous body of the eye and in the synovial fluid. The source of hyaluronic acid in the daily diet can be lean meat, gelatin, soy, as well as cod liver oil. Vitamin E supports the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
To obtain the beneficial effect resulting from the declared action, it is recommended to consume 2 capsules of the preparation daily. The package contains 60 capsules, which are enough for one person for 1 month of daily supplementation according to the recommendations.
