Product description

Vitax Granular Garden Lime is a virtually dust-free soil conditioner designed to neutralise acid soils while improving drainage in heavy clay ground. Its easy-to-handle granules add calcium and magnesium to the soil and support beneficial soil bacteria, helping release plant nutrients. Suitable for acid and normal soils, it can also be used in composting garden waste and around suitable garden areas. Use at the recommended rate, avoid contact with leaves and stems, and wear gloves during application.

How to use

• Wear gloves and read the directions carefully before application

• For acid soils apply annually preferably from September onwards at 200 to 400 g per m2

• For normal soils apply every two or three years at 200 g per m2

• For composting sprinkle 60 g per m2 for each 20 cm layer of garden waste as directed

• Avoid product lodging on leaves and stems and wash hands after use

• Always wear gloves during use as the product may irritate cut or broken skin

• Do not exceed recommended application rates and store in a dry place
