A quiet and efficient fan, providing excellent low energy and noise performance. Ideal for modern bathrooms and toilets. This model is for operation with the room light switch. When the light is switched on the fan comes on, when the light is switched off the fan continues to run for a pre-set time. Requires permanent live, switched live and neutral (3 wires excluding earth) at the fan position in order to operate correctly Mains Voltage 230/240V AC 50Hz. 16 watts power consumption. 23.6 litres per second, 85 cubic meters per hour extraction rate Sound output 39dB(A) @ 3m. IPX4 rated. Timer adjustable 3 - 20 minutes. Wear resisting ABS casing Class II - double insulated. Thermal overload protection. 2 year guarantee.
