The chalky marl soils and gentle oak ageing (20%) contribute to its structure and finesse. Fermentation is traditional, with a short cold maceration and slow extraction to preserve purity and texture. Curated by the Waddesdon team and produced by So Vigneron, this red wine is part of a collection launched in 2021 to showcase varietal character at an accessible price. It reflects the Rothschild legacy of quality and elegance. Aromas of wild strawberry, menthol and grilled meat. Waddesdon Rothschild Collection Pinot Noir shows sweet spice, red fruit and earthy tones. Finishes long, balanced and fine. Pairs well with roast duck, lamb curry and game.
