I buy this bunk bed, it came broken
Love the product, quick delivery and looks great. Very sturdy and my grandchildren love it. Easy to assemble with easy instructions
Was for my daughters bedroom as wanted a big girl bedroom and an extra bed for her friend to stay over. Easy to put up very strong and she loves them.
Bunk beds arrived very quickly. We finished decorating but upon opening found a number of faults, chipped wood etc bout 8 bits all in all. On Buy were very quick to try n resolve issue but my Granddaughters wanted them up do can use bedroom at last.
I sent attachments, pics of all the marks n have accepted 10% refund.

This bunk bed was of high quality and was the perfect size. The seller could improve things by listing the exact dimensions which would help buyers.
Instructions were rubbish, delivered and left outside in the rain, the worst part was that we were in, the bed itself is excellent.
Overall the product is OK.
However the attachment screws could be of harder metal as the Allen key holes rounded off on some of the heads, suggest putting some lubricant
for example ' Vaseline' on the screw threads before use will also make disassembly easier, ideally should have supplied hexagonal heads so a socket or spanner would be used in confidence.
Had to reinforce the support legs as the joining inserts used to connect the top to bottom bunk where not as stable as I felt comfortable with, so attached additional means to join the legs to ensure greater stability.

not happy with this bunk bed. it is so chipped before we even put it together. the ladder hurts my kids feet too.
We are really pleased with these , well made easy to put together, they are standard single bed size . Very solid and a nice ladder .

I’m happy with this product, was a bit hard to build but probably because I never followed the instructions. Looks good, sturdy, gives a good finish to the room.
The box that it came in was open but apart from that the bunk bed is perfect and in good condition, arrived next day and the delivery was free, the kids love this new bed and it’s very sturdy, I would recommend this bed to anyone
