Solutions for the Equipment not Working Properly:
1. Please check whether the device is normally powered on, the device may have been powered off due to poor contact or other reasons.
2. Whether the device has been powered off or off the network, if the link has been disconnected, there is a process to go online, please confirm whether it is online after 2 minutes. (Not all devices support power-off memory function, so the device will be offline after power-off,)
3. Please confirm that the network environment where the device is located has a strong and stable signal. Troubleshooting: Use the network speed test App to test the upload and download speed of your network (upload 2 MB/s, download 2 MB/s, upload z16Mbps, download 16 Mbps.)
4. Please confirm whether the home Wi-Fi network is normal, or whether the Wi-Fi name, password, etc. have been modified. If so, you also need to reset the device and add it again.
5. If the network is normal, but the device is still offline, please confirm whether there are too many Wi-Fi connections. You can try to restart the router, power off the device and power it on again, and then wait for 2-3 minutes to see if the device can restore the connection.
6. Check whether the firmware is the latest version. Ap-side check path: Click the device icon on the home page and click the right, the upper corner button-check for update.
7. You can try e the mobile hotspot to connect to the device to check whether the device is often offline due to network problems.
If you still have problems after all of the above, we suggest you remove the device and add it again. Remove and add again.

The device is often offline even after being removed and re-added?
Since whether the device can work normally has a lot to do with whether the network is stable and whether it is overloaded, please make sure that your network is in good condition. Or you can try e the mobile hotspot to connect to the device to check whether the device is often offline due to network problems.
