Step into the year 1420 and join a prestigious society of alchemists eager to master 26 mysterious new ingredients brought from the Far East. In WordCraft, these ingredients are represented by the letters of the English alphabet, and your challenge is to combine them into valuable formulas—or, in other words, the most effective words you can create.

Across three rounds, players form words using the available Letter cards and place their cubes on each letter used. Longer or more unusual words can provide valuable opportunities, but clever positioning is equally important: only the players with the greatest influence over each letter will score its experience points at the end of the round. Complete Achievement cards, make strategic use of rare letters and outthink your opponents to prove that you are the society’s greatest alchemist.

WordCraft combines vocabulary, area control and tactical decision-making in an accessible yet competitive word game for 2–4 players, ages 14+, with a playing time of approximately 25–40 minutes.
