This is hi-tech, safe-cast (upside-down) type, 1120 c (2012 f) commercial-grade electrical kiln for both: beginners and professionals that does not require professional knowledge for start to work with or any additional equipment for professional casting process.

This kiln will allow you to keep your metal hot 24/7 for multiple castings processes without stopping (commercial graded).

It also will reduces the risk of heat shocks, fire on your worktop, moulds cracking due to heat-shock and damage of heating element (very important for large quantity of work).

It also means you'll do not need additional equipment for pre-heating moulds before pouring the metal in for avoiding mould's heat-shock (cracks). You also will have more room on your worktop.

It will helps you also to save electricity (compared to firing your kiln at top temperatures for hours) and last much longer your graphite crucibles and moulds (for avoiding their usual quick disintegrating on top temperatures).

HOW IT WORKS: This kiln will not stay at the pre-set temperature for hours. After reaching required temperature it will alarm you for about 15 minutes and then automatically cooling down for few minutes for avoiding damaged of heating elements, then it will automatically heating up again to the settled temperature and so on. This is to avoid damaging the heating element and for allowing you to do tenth castings without re-heating it from room temperature.

With this kiln you can pouring molten metal in mould by three ways:

- traditional way: when required temperature reached, lifting up your crucible from this kiln by stainless steel tongs (supplied) and moving it to a mould for pouring;

- without lifting up the crucible from kiln - just tilting your kiln to a mould (when required temperature was reached) by front handle;

- most safe and economy way: cover the crucible by supplied mould for pre-heating purpose for avoiding mould's heat-shock, fix it on the position by arm and upside-down this kiln for pouring all molten metal to the hot mould. Easy as is. Any types/size of moulds available 24/7 on all our outlets.
