1. Test for allergies by applying a small amount to the forearm before use. 
2. Wash affected area thoroughly and pat dry. 
3. Apply 5-6 times daily for the first two days and cover well with a gauze bandage. 
4. Reduce application to 2-3 times a day until the skin heals.
