WS55-220 is a high performance,cost-effective 3 phase BLDC motor controller.Voltage range is from 20VDC to 50VDC.




The controller can drive the DLDC motor with HALL or without HALL.




The driver is based on advanced technology and be provided with high speed, high torque, low noise, low vibration, over current protection, overload protection, less phase line. protection, phase line short protection, alarm output, speed signal output, positive negative rotation control etc.




This controller can be used in small equipment, Electric Power Tools, exhaust Fan, Jade grinding machine, Vibrating motor etc.



External potentiometer control/external voltage control.

Detail:
1.Two modes of speed regulation:
External potentiometer: through this potentiometer speed regulation;
External voltage: external 10VDC voltage speed regulation;
Note: The two speed regulation can not be used simultaneously
2. Speed output PG signal: There is a 5v-revolution pulse output between the port and the ground.
The
output frequency is set to P (Hz), the motor class logarithm is N, and
the speed is F (RPM), then the output speed frequency is P=F*N/60.
3. Alarm output ALM signal:There is an 5V alarm pulse output between the port and the ground.
4. Positive
inversion function:
F/R:Fiddle the toggle switch on the corresponding
side, the motor steering direction can be changed. For the toggle
switch, the white part is up and down, then twang it up and down. For
the toggle switch, the white part is horizontal, and the twang
horizontally.
5. Start-stop (two control modes):
1. External switch EN: Transfer through switch.
2. Side
toggle switch EN: for the toggle switch, the white part is up and down,
then down for the start; for the toggle switch, the white part is
horizontal, then dial to start
Note: You can only turn one control at the same time, one of the switches is closed, and the other one is valid.
6. Locked-rotor protection:If the motor stops working, switch on the power again to start.
7. Power light: Green light: power on and off
8. Status light: Red light: two flashes in standby time, after starting, extinguish.
9. Insulation resistance: >100M at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure
10. Insulation strength: At normal temperature and pressure, 0.5KV, 1 minutes
