AVOID - seller and OnBuy.com
Ordered Fitbit and delivered on time- that's where any good bits end.
Stopped working after couple of weeks. Contacted via OnBuy - no response from seller or OnBuy. Had to raise via PayPal - who arranged for refund if item returned-but the return address was Mayalsia. I had to spend over £19 returning the item recorded delivery to MALAYSIA. I have checked the site again now and there is no mention of the seller being based there. I got the £71 back via PayPal for the Fitbit but have not had the cost of the return refunded.
A stressful lesson that has left me nearly £20 out of pocket - I won't be using OnBuy again - they didn't even acknowledge my raising an issue.
I would advise avoiding this seller and actually avoiding OnBuy altogether.

I’ve had two faulty items for the Fitbit versa within a few months of each other…one wouldn’t sync even with Fitbits advice which was limited as it’s from 2019 and expired warranty with them and the replacement lasted a month or so an wouldn’t register heart rate and had battery issues would die after a full charge within an hour or so not happy at all!

First time they couldn’t be more helpful the 2nd time around no help or support wouldn’t even discuss a refund if happens again..they don’t respond to the case and I posted the 2nd faulty item back in the 16th august yet again no response..very time consuming and stressful should have bought a new one this wasn’t cheap at £92 but it’s been a nightmare!!

I ordered a Fitbit versa back in May. It was brand new and a great price.
It was delivered on time and was still sealed as described.
I’ve now had it only 4 months, the charge barely lasts two days, the screen has started lifting from the watch and it is currently stuck resetting itself over and over again.
As I have passed the return window I contacted the seller regarding the warranty as the product is clearly faulty.
They have not responded and I am not a happy customer at all.

I ordered this as a gift and unfortunately within a month the charger had stopped working. I contacted the seller about this and they assured me that they would send a replacement. However, the replacement has never been received. I have queried this several times to keep being told, it will be with me shortly. The last time I contacted them resulted in radio silence, I have still not received a response.

Horrendous company do not use! I have been contacting them regarding my faulty item and had no reply at all from them I’ve now had to start a case with PayPal to try and get a refund for an item that doesn’t work!!
