The bike came before i expected it, great, fast delivery service, boxed and sealed, all padding inside, very easy and quick with minimal assembley, got mine out of box, set up in literally about 8 minutes, just clicked handlebars up, and put pedals on while battery was charging. The battery came with a descent charge, only took about 20 mins and battery was full.
I slid the battery into place and i was off. Mine gives me 22 mph on flat, i was shocked with the speed and power, I rode off laughing, so much fun, I love it. Lee.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Battery

I am extremely unhappy with these bicycles. The quality is much worse than I expected, and the biggest problem is the battery. After only 30 minutes of riding, the battery completely died. This is unacceptable, especially when you buy a bicycle expecting it to work properly and last for a reasonable amount of time.

The overall experience has been very disappointing, and I regret buying these bicycles. I expected much better quality and performance for my money.

I would not recommend this product to anyone based on my experience. I expect the seller to take responsibility for this problem and offer a proper solution, either a replacement battery, a replacement bicycle, or a full refund.

AVOID THIS SELLER - Terrible After-Sales Service & Ignored Messages

I purchased an electric scooter which became faulty within 10 days of purchase, after only 4-5 uses. This is clearly not of satisfactory quality and not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I contacted the seller for a return. The seller deliberately delayed the process and took 8-10 days just to provide a return label.

I returned the item in its original box and packaging via the provided label.

After the seller received the returned item, I messaged him to issue my refund. He replied once and then completely ignored all my follow-up messages for 10 days. He failed to issue a refund within the required timeframe after receiving the returned faulty goods.

This is a clear breach of OnBuy's returns policy and seller obligations. I was forced to escalate the matter to OnBuy support, and it took them another 4-5 days to issue my refund because the seller completely failed to cooperate and respond.

All communication is recorded on OnBuy's message system as proof. This seller has zero after-sales support, engages in delay tactics, and ignores buyer messages after receiving returns.
