All Auraxpress reviews
This is my first ever review with any product as I don't typically like to write negative reviews. But I had to share my experience with everyone reading. It's been over a month since I ordered from this company and I have still not received my order. They replied to only one of messages which was roughly 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them since. I have no clue where my order is and have not received any refund since requesting for one. The customer service is non existent and I'm left with money taken out of my bank and no delivery. Shocking! I would not recommend ordering from here as unfortunately they cannot fulfill your request. If you are open to some friendly advise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
