I bought this for my child’s birthday, which is tomorrow. It came in an open box and the switch box damaged. I was told if I send it back I’d get a full refund. I sent it back recorded delivery. It was signed for last Thursday. I still haven’t received a refund, so now my child won’t have a birthday present tomorrow. As I can afford to go out and buy one until a get a refund. This has left me feeling upset and like a bad parent. Wouldn’t recommend buying off this company and they don’t reply to direct emails or phone calls. I think I am going to report it to the police, as I want my money back
