Obviously, I was not happy with this response and had to escalate this to OnBuy, who resolved this straight away.
I will certainly NOT be ordering anything through Clintland Trade again, but WILL certainly be using OnBuy in the future, as I have always had a great service with them!
Three weeks from order to delivery to receive 20 light bulbs, on the initial order date on the 6/12/25 it said that proposed delivery would be within a week, three weeks later they have just arrived.
I certainly won’t be using OnBuy again anytime in the future.
