All DD printing reviews
On arrival, the product received had no instructions or paperwork enclosed. It also had a problem with the printer carriage that I had to fit properly before the unit would operate correctly. On trying out, the print quality was appalling even after carrying out the recommended cleaning and alignment procedures. I put it down to a faulty cartridge and thought nothing more of it until changing the cardridges for another set of genuine HP replacements. Quality still terrible and no good for printing documents so I contacted DD printing. After some email exchanges they expressly stated they would replace the unit which they then changed their mind on and are now ignoring my messages. This occurred after I contacted HP only to find out that the printer was indeed not new at all and had in fact been exchanged previously for a replacement. Do not buy from this seller as I have found other reviews with the same issue of the items sold being mis-represented as new. This seller is in breach of the consumer rights legislation 2015. I will be taking legal action to resolve the situation. Again, do not buy from this seller.
