The listing shows an Intex branded pool. I was sent a Bestway branded pool (inferior quality & at least half the cost of Intex).
When I reached out to Easy Shopping World - they apologised and offered to send me a return postage label & send the correct item.
It took 2 more messages/prompts to actually receive the prepaid label to return the item over a few days. By this time they apparently didn’t have the item in stock anymore (despite it still being advertised for sale and the price increasing by £10)
I posted the item the next day - randomly to a residential address in Birmingham. I provided them proof of post (it was tracked). And then 24hrs later following another message prompt, i received my refund.
To be honest i find the whole thing a bit shady. I’m not convinced they have the Intex pools at all and try to pass off Bestway brand and hope the customer doesn’t notice. I personally would not use this company again.
