Item arrived damaged . Base of fan was crumbling . Photo sent .
Obviously not inspected before despatch.
Customer Service non existent .put all responsibility onto me to get large heavy box back to them . At my expense . Until I objected and they sent postage label . Said I would not get refund intil fan inspected . Pity they hadn’t inspected it before despatch to me . I’m disabled and asked them to arrange for collection by Royal Mail . They said get a friend to bring to Post Office for you .
They would not accept this problem caused to me was their responsibility and made it all my problem .
Very unpleasant to deal with . Stay away from this company and from On Buy .
