I ordered the wrong one, asked if I can swap it for the right one without having to cancel. They were very helpful and swapped the sofas, as they were tge same price, no issue. Delivery guy was efficient, friendly and polite. The sofa was a couple days late, it said it would be here between 5th and 7th March, but was here on the 9th. That being said I did get a message to let me know delivery date and was asked if this was convenient. So I can probably let it slide. Overall I'm happy and would buy again
