If the seller changed the courier service they use then l would order from them in the future and would recommend them. My alledged delivery time was 9.25am but due to the courier leaving the.goods in the most stupid place, l did not receive the item until 4.30pm. He obviously did not or could not read the instructions on the box outside my front door saying leave parcel in box. All other couriers leave the parcels in the box. He said l was not there to receive it. It did not need a signature, why should l wait in for a delivery timed between 8am and 8pm.
