However, we shall have no liability to you for any failure which is due to such unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control. 5. Age Restrictions：Age restrictions apply to the supply of some goods. By ordering these goods you confirm that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.</p>
