Good customer service
Very disappointed. First hood returned because of damaged paint on front canopy - right at eye level, returned & replaced. The second one had the paint effect on the handle chipped off showing the base metal underneath but then had been lacquered over the damage.
Kaiser said this was damage caused during fitting !!! Really, then explain how the damaged paint & bare metal had been lacquered over. As it had not been noticed before fitting they would not entertain a replacement handle, in reality the foam cover had been left on during installation. Look at the pics and judge the quality for yourself. The final customer shouldn't have to do his own quality control and inspect every aspect of the goods, quality should be guaranteed from the seller.

this product is a 2 pins plug appliance......not 3 pins !!!!!!! why does the seller still sell this product to a country with a standard of 3 pins plug !

Good customer service
David Beach of customer services is an absolute disgrace to the Kaiser company. He basically called me a liar when I had an issue with a plastic latch on the microwave door , he told me that the reason why the latch snapped was because it was opened with force you just cannot do that . So my warranty was not valid. To get this fixed by kaiser would have cost me over £200 and the microwave was only £270 which was bought in February all for a piece of plastic !!!! . Great product but DAVID BEACH you are a disgrace.

Had alot of problems with a faulty product direct from seller (Kaiser). Had to buy same oven as we had already bought matching hob and kettle so needed to purchase from somewhere else. Saw on onbuy for nearly £100 less. Wouldn't recommend kaiser as a company (customer service poor) but product is good
