very good customer service. responded to query and resolved issue.

Rubbish seller clearly trying to make a quick buck by selling cheap counterfeit parts passing them off as genuine.

Delivery took much longer than expected and tracking suggested the item was being shipped from China rather than from a UK supplier. The packaging felt cheap and overly plasticky, which immediately raised concerns about authenticity. The included accessories were very basic, and one of the attachments didn’t work at all. Overall, the quality and presentation were disappointing and leave me questioning whether this is a genuine product. I would be cautious and consider buying from an authorised retailer instead.
