This delay has caused significant inconvenience for me as I had made plans to move and had relied on receiving this order in a timely manner. As a result, the missed delivery dates have disrupted my moving plans and I have had to make alternative arrangements.
I am disappointed that your company has not provided proper updates or addressed the delay in a timely manner. As a result, I have decided to purchase the items I needed from another company.
I would like to request a full refund for my order and for any additional expenses that I have incurred as a result of the delay. Please process the refund as soon as possible and let me know when it has been completed.
