Bought an Airtrack on 20th July with an estimated arrival of 23-25 July. Chased up on 22nd July as order still said awaiting dispatch. No response from Nu Fit until I received a notification the order had been cancelled and was sent a refund via PayPal on 23rd July. This was for a birthday present and now means the child is without her gift. Would not buy from this supplier again.

Good customer service
I ordered the item with description it is brand new and the delivery will take 3-5 working days.
After being provided the tracking number and the courier company, I checked when my order would arrive as I had not revived notification by day 3. When I entered the tracking number into the couriers website, I received an error message saying the tracking number was not recognised.
I then contacted the seller once, twice and three times.. with no response. By day 6, I was forced to go through paypal to get a response. They ended up replying and providing the correct courier company. However this did not change the fact that my order was missing.
After going back and fourth with the seller and managing to contact the courier myself, I had received my order.
To then discover… the item I ordered was scratched and damaged.
Since we have been messaging with the seller about either a refund if I sent the item back or a 10% compensation which is worth less than £7.
After such back service their only outcome is 10% compensation, which is disgusting !
Or a refund but I will not take apart the item as it took me an hour to put together! And to be honest to go through such a bad service again and probably not receive a refund is not worth it!
They cannot be trusted and their service is appalling !
Jackie is the person I am dealing with and she is not taking in what I am writing to her and understanding the poor customer service!
