Although this was at a fantastic price, the EAN number stated in the advert poonts to Flip7 512gb but for the EU/UK zone. The phone supplied is from the USA and therefore has no warranty from Samsung UK. You cannot even add Samsung care+ . So if anything goes wrong, youre stuck. However, at the price sold i have arranged insurance with loveit coverit, so it still offers great value. I do feel.that the seller should make people aware of the source.

Phone arrived promptly but I had to return it as it was not what I required, not the fault of the seller but due to Samsung having far too many varients of their products. I informed Paak Boutique of the issue and they were quick to provide a return address form (postage paid). Once the item was returned they quickly refunded my payment. A hassle free quality customer service, I recommend this seller.
