**Disappointing experience with Pinnacle Labs**

I ordered this product from Pinnacle Labs and have been waiting considerably longer than expected to receive it. I was not provided with any tracking information, and when I contacted the seller, I was simply told that the item had been dispatched and that the issue was with OnBuy.

I understand that delivery delays can happen and that sellers may sometimes be away on holiday. However, if a seller is going to be unavailable or if orders are likely to take longer than the advertised delivery timeframe, this should be clearly communicated to the buyer before or at the time of purchase.

The product is an important part of my skincare routine, and I needed it in time to take with me on holiday. The lack of clear communication and tracking has therefore been particularly frustrating.

**For future orders, I would strongly recommend that Pinnacle Labs clearly inform buyers if they are on holiday or unable to dispatch orders within the normal timeframe, and provide the correct expected delivery timescale.** This would allow customers to make an informed decision before placing an order.

I hope Pinnacle Labs takes this feedback on board and improves its communication and customer service going forward.

Extremely unhappy with the buyer and the service. I've requested a cancellation after a 10 day period of waiting for the item to arrive and was simply ignored. The item is allegedly on its way now. I do not recommend and I do not intend to come back. I would rate zero if it was possible.
