Seller was great, dispatched straight away. Very simple and not much hasten at all!

ordered a 65-inch Samsung TV with a promised delivery date. The seller (PRC HI-FI & VIDEO LIMITED) claimed the item was dispatched and told me to contact the courier (AIT) for a time slot. However, the courier had no record of my order. After contacting the seller again, they admitted there was a 'problem' and they cannot deliver the item at all. This seller provides false information and only admits the truth when pressured. Completely unreliable. I am now forced to seek a refund through OnBuy. Avoid at all costs!
