Seller sent different brand of monitors than what I purchased… and didnt explain the reason when messaged them… but the main issue was they sent me no power cables and I needed to purchase my own power cables as by the time they responded to my message and issued the power cables I needed to use the monitors.. they said they would send out two power cables I messaged back and said theres no point as I need to use the monitors before the cables will arrive so will have to buy my own.. A reasonable resolution would be to issue a partial refund for the value I purchased the cables for £10 but they ignored my message and still sent me the power cables so now I have 2 additional power cables for no reason and they have not responded to my latest two messages
