12V Storage Battery Protection Board Undervoltage Automatically Turn On/Off Controller Module

This is a under-voltage switch module used to turn off the power of resistive load in the event of the voltage dropping below a definite value(set under-voltage).


If the voltage rises back in 6 seconds, the module will keep load turning on.


When the battery voltage increases to a certain value(set over-voltage), the module will automatically turn on load again.


Designed with a LED indicator to show if load is cut off or turned on.


Both under-voltage cut-off value and over-voltage turn-on value can be adjusted by simply pressing buttons.

Instruction:


Load cut off and turn on:

For 12V storage battery, set under-voltage (load cut off voltage) as 10.5V, when the battery voltage drops to 10.5V or lower, controller will delay 6 seconds then cut off load. If voltage increases in the delayed 6 seconds, load will keep turning on.

Voltage setting:

Under the value setting condition as display flashes,

press start button to increase voltage,

and stop button to reduce voltage.

Start button function(setting under-voltage for cutting off load):

Under normal voltage display condition, press start button to display under-voltage value.

Press and hold start button till display flashes, then press start or stop button to set under-voltage value.

Stop button function(setting over-voltage for turning on load):

Under normal voltage display condition, press stop button to display over-voltage value.

Press and hold stop button till display flashes, then press start or stop button to set over-voltage value.

Restore to factory settings:

Press and hold start and stop button together till it

displays 888 to restore factory settings.






Note: When setting, if start voltage cannot be adjusted, you can adjust stop voltage first. This is not a circuit problem or program fault.
