Initially we were pleased with this handrail, however, despite being listed as anti-corrosive several times in the product listing, and after being in place for only five weeks in a particularly warm and dry period of weather, the product has rusted.
Arrived on time. I must admit I am very impressed with quality of this product. Went together very easily and is very solid. I would recommend making a card template of the flanges at the base of the posts, with the hole centres for the bolt holes marked and the centre of the Flange. Lay the handrail part on the ground where it's going to be fixed and Mark where each fixing bracket centre lies, to give you the Flange centre positions and the bolt holes. Drill carefully so all the bolt holes match up. Great product would recommend. Instructions included a printed Flange drawing for the template.

Easy to install, looks great, my only criticism is that the bolts holding the rail on don’t tighten fully so the rail has a small movement.
The principle is good but there are no instructions enclosed. The ground anchor bolts are unsatisfactory as they have to be hammered in and I found it very difficult to get a good fix. It would be better to supply threaded rod and a ground fixing solution such as Chemfix
Very good quality, and fittings supplied. The brushed stainless steel gives it a very professional look and feel and the tube thickness gives it the strength

This is a well designed and executed product at a good price. Reasonably easy to fit and tighten up. Also looks quite stylish.
Product was exactly what i wanted. The only issue I have is that the illustration shows two rails, and as it was a kit I was unsure if I was getting two rails included or one. I only needed one, so I was happy to order as I MIGHT have got two, but it needs to be clearer to avoid others being disappointed.
It's modern looking at a good price and don't have to worry about cleaning it like you would have to with glass and for the price well worth it.
Im very pleased with product. Only one thing was bolts size are just not size 10 or 12 so makes bolts loose or too big for 10mm.but im pleased. Thanks
Absolutely perfect for the job. Easy to erect with its flexibility in positioning and I just love the nautical look when mounted on the new decking. Really very pleased with this.
I ordered this rail to attach on my deck to aid my disabled wife getting on and out of our hot tub. Excellent product and easy to install. Highly recommended.

The second impression is where are the instructions - there are none! at the very least an exploded diagram is needed, it took me half an hour to and a visit to this website to sort out the exact assembly procedure.
The third impression is that there are two design flaws that let the fully assembled hand rail down.
The fitting of the actual handrail on top is awkward and unsightly.
The allen screws that secure the finials that cap the bracing cross rails do not fully recess and are both unsightly and a possible cause of scagging fingers or clothes.
A shame as the overall quality of the materials used is good and apart from these minor flaws I am well satisfied.
One other comment is that it seems strange that there are so many options available as to length and number of cross rails available but only one height a rather high 110 cm. Not the height an average person would feel for a handrail.

Good value, looks handsome and good value, but there are no instructions for assembly. There is an online video but it doesn't give you much detail. Only 4 stars because of lack of graphic instructions
