Sturdy handrail and simple to install.
Great handrail system, reasonably lightweight but very sturdy and strong once installed. Because I installed into composite decking I used M10x100 coach screws to install rather than the supplied expansion bolts.
They are sturdy, easy to put together, and they look good, needed a railing, as I have steps to get down, they are just what I needed
I purchased this product as I find it difficult with some garden steps, it was easy to install and is perfect for me to use.
Some pieces were missing as box was damage in transit. Emailed and the parts were sent immediately. Incredible customer relations.
Very happy with this product. Extremely well made, and elegant to look at. Would recommend it, well worth the money. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Product was reasonably easy to fit it's a shame you cannot adjust the distance between the posts the position is fixed
We needed something to help us grtting up the garden steps, this is just the job, it looks great too. We are very Happy with it.
The Order arrived early. Checked item all ok, however when assembling found the GRUB Screws allen key did not some of the grub screws.
2 END covers for the cross bar were not tapped hence unable secure with the Grub screw. Overall somewhat satisfied.

This is a good sturdy handrail with a lovely finish, however it cam with no instructions this was not a problem for the guy that fitted this.
Definitely value for money.
Definitely value for money.
Having fitted this rail to a 3 wooden step path to our upper Garden, I was pleased to find that the assembly was reasonably easy and the appearance was also acceptable.
I was mot so happy with the expanding bolt fixing of the feet on each end of the poles. This seemed noy to be secure enough as any pressure placed by use slackened the bolts in the drilled holes in the steps. I put this down to 2 reasons:-
1 The short length of the bolts, 55mm
2. The principle fixing method of an expansion sleeve. Not very efficient in softwood steps.
I replaced these with 100mm Coach Screws and all is now good.

This product even though very cheap is a strong good looking product comes with everything you need the only downfall was the product did not come with instructions for building or installing
Product arrived in good time. Kit was suitable for erecting rails. Rails Look good. However, disappointingly after only a week, the rails and screws are rusting, even though they were sprayed fully with anti corrosion inhibitor on erection .
Assembly fine. Fitting was more of a challenge. the provided bolys were not long enough to make the fixed railings strong. Better ones had to be sourced. Railings now admired.
